Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not satisfied, we now accept returns for a refund or store credit! The standard return policy for opened products is "no returns," but we love our customers and want to go above and beyond. Now most of our products are returnable for a refund or store credit. Please read below for more details.

RETURN PROCESS

Please contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code. We will not be able to process any returns unless you have been approved with a RMA. After receiving your RMA code, one of our team members will email you specific instructions to simplify the return process.

RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unopened and undamaged.
  • Merchandise must have all receipts.
  • Any merchandise marked "Sale" and purchased at a discount cannot be returned.

U.S. HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

Returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. Start your return by contacting us
  2. Once you have found your order, click the "Return This Order" button
  3. Select the order or item(s) you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return.
  4. Choose a return for store credit or for a refund. Please note, returns for store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  5. Print your label and place label on the outside of the package.
  6. Drop off at your nearest UPS location.
